*Can you build in the winter months?
-Yes, we use kiln dried framing lumber (max. 18% moisture content) and “dry in” the project as soon as possible. From that time we let the framing dry to no more than 15% moisture content before insulating and applying interior finishes. Construction time may increase due to drying time and exterior operations can also be delayed by adverse weather conditions.
